• Jason Wu showrnrnCello Song by Nick Drake was the opening song at the Jason Wu show and it was much like the atmosphere there - calm, soothing and peaceful. There's been a lot of hype surrounding Jason Wu since Michelle Obama wore one of his gowns to an inaugural ball, so I was excited to see his newest collection.rnrnIt was chic and elegant and reminded me a little of a Roland Mouret show I saw a couple of years ago, where elegance reigned. Sheath dresses in colors like chartreuse and teal were tastefully cut to the body and detailed with twists and gathers at the waist or on the bodice. rnrnI loved the opening look - a gray crop blazer, paired with a pretty printed chiffon blouse and a wool flannel cigarette pant with a drape pocket detail (note: we've seen some great new pant shapes today - stay tuned for more - we think they will be key going forward). rnrnrnHe showed skirts too.
