Mark Bailey, Chairman
Mark has been with Draper Fisher Jurvetson
since 2002 serving as a Venture Partner for DFJ ePlanet
Ventures focusing on mid/late stage investments prior
to the DFJ Growth Fund. Mark has over 20 years of
experience with entrepreneurial deal making in both
investment and operating roles. Mark has served as
a high impact executive in both private and public
high technology companies. He has played an integral
role in building two companies whose revenues now
exceed $1 billion per year: Symantec Corporation,
where he led the M&A
effort through most of the 90s, and Healtheon/WebMD
where he led the early M&A effort pre and
post IPO. He also co-founded WebPartner and served
as an executive at Portal Software. His investment
experience includes interning as an associate at Kleiner
Perkins Caufield & Byers (during which time he
first met Tim Draper and John Fisher while they were
at Alex. Brown & Sons) and serving as a General
Partner at Venrock Associates. Mark serves on the
boards of Jobfox and WebPartner. Mark also led DFJ
Growth Fund's investment in AdMob (acquired by Google).
He graduated Cum Laude with a B.S.E. in Electrical
Engineering and Computer Science from Princeton University,
and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. |

Randy Cox, Office of the President & CTO
Randy is a co-founder of WebPartner with over 25 years of experience that
ranges from desktop application to enterprise application
and from consumer applications to multimedia and
analytics, he brings experience and practicality
to the development effort. Previous responsibilities
have ranged from software engineer to VP of Engineering.
Randy has had a hand in these companies: Harvard
Software, Software Publishing, Pillar Corporation,
Macromedia, Lotus/IBM, and Vivecon. Randy studied
Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Refining at the
Colorado School of Mines. |

Stephen Iacullo, Office of the President & VP Sales & Marketing
Stephen joined the WebPartner team in 2009 leading
all the sales and marketing efforts. His career focus
has been in sales and marketing for media companies
and also for the proprietary education systems. Stephen
was the founder of his own media/consulting company
for the last few years in addition to leading the
famous California Culinary Academy to new growth
in 2006. Prior to 2006, Stephen was the Director
of National Sales for Westwood Colleges managing
the national sales efforts for 21 schools and developing
the International Division. His 15 years of leadership
and management also encompasses leadership roles
at AOL and Bally Total Fitness. Stephen also has
authored several books and publications and his latest
is the leadership book, “The Business Black Belt
Training Manual for Leaders and Managers.” Stephen
has a Bachelors of Science degree from Illinois State
University and a Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson
School of Law in San Diego. |
